Well I left there today crying, after having waited over 9 months to get an appointment. Im a candidate for blepharoplasty & he basically told me he couldn't help me go get a brow lift!!!! If I wanted a face lift I would get one, I only wanted my eyes fixed so my vision would improve.....not to mention upon entering the room he asked what insurance i had, as if my treatment would be a reflection of that!?

Not happy after biopsy done on lower eyelid. Not personable. Rushed and I felt everything. Didn’t call me to tell me it was cancer. Had to read it in my chart. Obviously I went elsewhere for further treatment.

Great experience all around. The Office was very efficient and friendly. Dr. Gingold made me feel at ease when having to remove a foreign object from my eyelid. He knew right away something was in there. My entire appointment took less than an hour. My eye finally feels better. Thank you!

Very unprofessional. My concerns were not taken seriously by Dr. Gingold. He actually told me I don’t make sense more than once during this visit. I asked him two questions about my eye problem and his answer was “probably” to both questions then rushed me out of his room. I’m shocked at how I was treated.
