there staff is uneducated and is unable to make any statements without getting up and talking to the office manager. becomes annoying when you ask multiple questions. all there forms are terrible. if you value privacy dont go to this office. i have received better service from vending machines.

Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this neurologist friendly? Yes

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this neurologist answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The office was easy enough to find. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
