He would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. He was always very considerate and professional. The office was easy enough to find. I never had to doubt their qualifications. He made his credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. It is a one man show, I kind of like that. He is very organized, which makes this model work.
