Michael O’Toole DNP, APRN, is truly the BEST. It’s been so hard for me to find a provider who actually listens, but he does. He’s incredibly thorough, compassionate, and makes me feel completely accepted and understood. He never rushes, always takes my concerns seriously, and makes sure nothing is overlooked. For the first time, I feel like I have someone who genuinely cares about my well-being. I can’t recommend him enough.
This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Both Janet Rivera and Michael O’Toole should not be in this field. I was in significant distress and asked Janet Rivera if my medication could be adjusted or if she had any suggestions to help me. She showed no empathy whatsoever and told me there was nothing she could do.
