Had total knee replacement by Dr O’Sullivan today. Surgery ran hours behind, but seems to have gone very well. All the Baystate staff were warm and friendly, and Dr. M.O. put up with all my jokes, which proves that he remains calm under pressure. Great experience!!
Met Dr O’Sullivan for the first time, very professional and explained everything about hip surgery, I did not feel rushed and was able to ask all my questions, when I told him I was a retired nurse he thanked me for my service! I felt so at ease and more comfortable about having surgery, A+ service!
The whole experience was wonderful everyone that I dealt with at this office was pleasant professional.i felt comfortable and confident through out the whole process.
