My 3 children go to Dr. O'Quin. The office staff are always helpful with insurance and scheduling appointments. The nurses always involve my children. Dr. O'Quin has always answered my questions and concerns and does great with my kids!!
My daughter went to Dr O'Quin starting in 2016. I wasn't impressed at first. Most doctors let you only know what you need to know. If they tell you all the possibilities it is only going to make you worry. I have never had a problem getting my kids is for appointments. It is irritating when you know your kid and know something is wrong and it doesn't seem like anyone is trying to help. But there are so many illnesses that exhibit the same symptoms. He is very rude and doesnt care about the wellness of children in general. Only cares about doing what he has to do to get a paycheck. I've had multiple situations with him but this one just shocked me completely. My son had hand foot and mouth and was told about a mouthwash I could give him to relieve pain. I was unsure about using it so I called the on call dr (dr o'quinn) he said he would not speak with me unless I was his or Dr Switzers patient. I just wanted a Drs recommend to help my son.
Dr. O'Quin is a good doctor and he's a good listener. His staff however, needs an attitude adjustment. I am seriously considering switching my daughters Doctor because the front window staff is very rude and not helpful at all.
He's a good doctor and a good listener, I just wish he was a little more personal, and on my level as a parent. I do have a problem with his window staff..they are very rude and not helpful at all.
Every time we try to get my kids in, he says they are okay and we take them to the ER or something and there is always something wrong. very lazy, doesn't take time to look at anything
