Dr. O'Toole is very friendly understanding and listens to your problems and concerns.
Dr. Mbah has a caring heart. She is sensitive to everything I have confronted as a patient. She treats me and cares for me like family and that speaks volumes of the amazing heart she has. She is an amazing doctor and person, she has my highest regard.
I have only had positive experiences with Dr. Mbah and highly recommend her to anyone. She answers all my questions and makes me feel so comfortable at each visit!
Dr. O'Toole is beyond fantastic. My first pregnancy was with twins and he was with me the entire process and was willing to answer any and all questions I have. He allowed me to have a vaginal birth even despite recommending a C-section. He has eased my mind and helped with any fears this pregnancy as well. He is the BEST advocate for a mom and baby. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I will no longer be seeing him due to new employment and I am really bummed out.
Dr. O'Tool is fantastic. He spends quality time with each patient. His main concern is ensuring a positive outcome for any and all patients. He is a woman's best advocate!

Dr Mbah is wonderful. She was my doctor for my pregnancy and I highly recommend. I really trust her judgement. Her nurse Brittany is also great, she always got back to me very quickly when "messaging" with questions or concerns.
I had surgery to remove my fallopian tubes. Surgery and recovery went even better than expected. I was up and walking with no pain meds the very next day! Shout out to the nurses as well, everyone was friendly and supportive. I didn't have any family or friends to stay with me during my surgery but the nurses made me feel like we were family and took great care of me.
I went to this practice to get some immunizations and they gave me an infection on my left arm that I had to take 2 different antibiotics for. Although this was clearly due to their negligence, they charged me for subsecuentes visits and for the antibiotics I had to take. I had a high fever for a week and I was in excruciating pain. I do not recommend this family practice to anybody and I am reporting them to the American Board of Family Madison.
