Dr. Givens is very nice and polite, but his staff and office etiquette are terrible. There is a foriegn lady there who is very rude and makes unwarranted remarks about your mouth. Isnt this the reason why i am seeing the dentist. I think I will be taking me and my family services elsewherew as today I had a scheduled appointment and was bumped. This dentist is surrounded by very knowledgable and professional staff. The issue is not with his staff. He is not a bad dentist as far as the work he did but his bedside manner stinks. He talks down to you in a condescending tone and comes across as arrogant, smug and uncaring. He gives the most painful oral injection I've ever had. I've since met other people that went to him at some point and they confirmed having had that same experience. Very pleasant facility. Dr. Givens is very honest and loves his job. Works very well and carries fair prices.
Super great guy and very friendly..explained everything to me in full detail before proceeding with it and let me make my own decision!
