I would recommend Dr Novak but unfortunately due to his office staff I would hesitate since it’s impossible to get in touch with them. Never answers the phone all call backs
Dr. Novak was my doctor a few years back and was also my mother's, father's and husband's doctor as well. I have two new issues I need for HIM to evaluate, not my regular physician who are NOT specialists. Tried booking appt on their "preferred" online site. That was three weeks ago and still waiting. Called three more times via telephone. Got messaging system each time. Again, no one called me back and that was within a two week period. I arrived at the appointed time. After an hour of waiting I inquired if my appointment was going to happen and the receptionist responded “hope to get to you before noon….we are running behind today”. My time is just as valuable so I said goodbye and left. Never saw the Doc. I’ll find another more professional group to do business with.
The staff was friendly and Dr. Novak really took his time checking out my husband's headache problem.
My first visit went well. The second visit I had an 8 o'clock appointment which was one of the first appointments of the day. After an hour of waiting, I went up to the front desk and asked why am I still waiting and she the doctor had yet to come in for his appointments. I rescheduled the appointment. The next appointment, was also early in the day. Waited 1 1/2 hours and got up and left. The staff couldn't have been less helpful. It shows a lack of respect for the patient.
Rare to find a Neurologist so knowledgeable about headaches. Great bedside manner and conversationalist! I am glad I met Dr. Novak.
Great guy! Very friendly and professional. He takes his time in answering all patient queries.
Dr. Novak is just amazing. Very easy to talk to and really takes time to diagnose the issue. Thank you for helping out my 65-year-old dad.
I saw Dr. Novak for the first time in August and I felt that he was really trying to understand what my symptoms were. He’s a good listener, very thorough, my appt with him lasted 90 minutes.
