Dr. Michael Norman in Big Bear Lake, CA My mom was seeing Norman and he did not diagnose and test her enough, she died of heart failure and she was not in good health before this happened. He didn't give her enough attention and he made excuses why he did not want to send her to the hospital or a specialist. I do not recommend Dr. Norman to anyone, especially if you are an elderly person or senior. please for your health and your well being please find another doctor, because he is a worthless Dr. I put all the review rating... read more
Excellent Practice - Quality Care Dr. Norman's staff is excellent. From the front desk girls that always seem to work you in when you have a sick child, to the great PA's, John and Kelly. Though I thought Liz Dobbs was the most thorough physician I had ever been to (I'm over 50), and Liz was a NPA, John and Kelly do a great job as well. Can't say I have ever seen Dr. Norman - in over 4 years of going to this practice. Highly recommended for QUALITY care.
A docture to remember Easy, easy, easy thats all i have to say. The receptionists work with you to get an appointment when you need it. The doctors listen to your opion on whats wrong with you. There quality of care is second to non.
