I have never bought a house from Paul Coleman, owner and operator of Fathom Realty, but my wife did buy a six month old miniature schnauzer from him, and it was arguably the worst decision of her life. If this company hires the type of person that is an agent here in the Rogers, AR office.... I can completely understand why they have such low reviews on Google. Don Richardson is the agent I am refering to. IF he is as crappy of a Realtor as he is a slumlord...oops I mean landlord.... I would HIGHLY NOT recommend him!
