Just don't. Very unprofessional. At first it seemed like they cared but I guess they get really busy running between rooms and rushing you in and out there are mistakes made.

Wouldn't recommend laser hair removal here. I did 6 sessions and seen zero improvement. The last session the machine was up so high my face was burned and left a scar. After almost 400$ and no change definitely do not waste your money.
