This review comes as a neighbor / tenant in one of many of the development company's rental units. I don't know much about the quality of MNR constructions. I do know they own the entire block between Evanston and Dayton at 48th Street and are demolishing every home there. They also removed a large tree from directly next to our home during the early days of pandemic-WFH (we are both educators) and did not give us any advance notice, then refused to reschedule. They are a joke , bullies. They cover up mold and other health concerns and or problems. Stay away and save yourself the hassle. Ask if the drummer still lives in the building, if so don't move here !!! Management will tell you the drummer is considerate, this is not a TRUE Statement. Really just a shoddy business. They focus on quantity of units, not quality of them. Cleaning/painting between tenants is poor (There are still damages from previous tenants in my apartment) and when I made a simple request to one of the assistants, she got snippy with me and acted like I asked for the moon. Only real bright spot is Ozzie the repairman. He's personable, cheery, and if you're in the apartment when he's doing repairs, he'll explain to you what he's doing.
