Dr. Nelson was thorough in his explanation of treatment, medication, and next steps. He answered all my questions, no matter how many times I asked. He was very personable and encouraging. I felt very comfortable and eager to start my treatment. Every visit has been the same. He truly cares. Not sure why some gave him bad reviews.
