My experience with the Severna Park front office staff has been nothing less than stellar. The staff is professional, accommodating and kind. My therapist is one of the best in the area, if not the best. I’ve had a wonderful experience.

We are a family that is seen in the severna park office. The customer service is lacking, the knowledge of the office manager is sub par, and her customer service/people skills are worse. My husband was dropped by this office because he was on short term disability. He started the short term disability in July and the office decided to tell him in October that because this is now a disability they can no longer see him because they won’t get paid. I am HORRIFIED by the way my family member was treated at the Carrol Counseling Center by a receptionist by the name of Eve Anderson. She was berated, disrespected, and hung up on while in a state of distress and suicidality. When I called back to speak to someone on her behalf I was also mistreated. For a center that should be putting their patient's mental health first, I would never want another other family members to be treated this way and I strongly do not recommend that you receive services here.
