All I have to say is do not ever trust this Lawyer, number one the wife and I are in a horrible custody battle, and Splivalo decided it was best for him with withdrawal without notifying us OR the courts! On top of all of that he advised us not to do things we should have, Like restraining orders that we should have filed when we got him as our lawyer.. DO NOT TAKE HIS ADVICE!!! AND DROP HIM IMMEDIATELY!! HE WILL RUIN YOUR CASE AND CHANCES FOR ANY TYPE OF SUCCESS!
