Dr Mandese is very thorough in the testing he does. He explains the results of testing as well as the condition of your eyes very clearly. He also informs you about changes in your eyes since he saw you last. He makes sure that you understand the importance and timing of self eye care and what you’re accomplishing for the health of your eyes if you do it. The people that do the testing and the people at the front desk are very skilled and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Mandese and his staff in Rockledge!
Dealing with a stroke is like stepping off a cliff blindfolded. Dr Mandese is so knowledgeable and helpful to make me understand things. Oh my goodness, he is sooo kind and caring. I trust him 100%
I can make this very easy. Billing was 100% helped with Aetna; we had a little teamwork going. Treatment is always 100% with staff from front to back. If clients just show some love, curiosity, and politeness, visits would always be easy and pleasant. It doesn't cost much to show appreciation for the entire staff in that office. Dr. Mandese and Dr. Straut, you guys have a great team there.
