I have seen Dr Mustard at Bromen now Carle prompt care about 3 times. When he greets me he always asks, what made you decide to come here instead of your doctor? You would think that was a fair question but he asks in such a condescending and unprofessional way. When you tell him your symptoms he says “well that doesn’t make sense” I explain it feels like my chest is on fire (I have asthma). While in the room he would talk to me like I was so beneath him. Rude. Confusing... HORRIBLE
If I could give zero stars I would! Worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen in my 50+ years!!! Glad I had my husband in the room as a witness 🥵. He is extremely arrogant, condescending, slammed the door. He triggered my anxiety . He said to go to the ER & nothing he could do. Much else he said while in there was all RUDE! Asked if the 2 Doctors I saw the past 2 weeks were MD’s even when I showed him the prescriptions they gave me... he persistently asked a question about the MD I saw up North while there & other than what they ... read more
We had poor experiences with him many times,how easily he says if it is not getting down then come here again, does he know that how expensive is one dr visit.... Just disgusting, whenever we go to advocate we pray that if we will get another dr, and he doesn't listen anything, he always shows that he has to leave, OMG!!
