Mike and his team did a bathroom remodel for me and it came out better than I had dreamed. Great communication and friendly crew. Great job! Highly recommend them!

Michael and his team were great. I had a buyer client whose inspector flagged a sagging roof issue on the home. Michael and his team were able to use the structural engineer's report to make the necessary structural repairs to the roof's truss system while under a tight timeline. I was having trouble finding contractors who could do the job and soon until I found Michael's company. They were very responsive, reliable, and fair all around. I plan to use them again and would recommend them to others.
We hired Michael Mulligan Construction after firing our original contractor. We had a tree fall on our house and needed major repairs. He was a pleasure to work with and would always answer his phone even while on vacation which was much different than the previous contractor. He said we would be back in our house by Thanksgiving and we were. The work he and the subs did was wonderful and I will be recommending him to our friends and family.
