I have been involved with the legal system since I was 15 years old recently I was facing 3 separate felony charges and things were not looking good for me. He's a good attorney to have and I would highly recommend him to anyone he's the best lawyer I have ever had
I never got around to rating him previously but I found an email and it all came back to me. Unprofessional and says one thing and does another. Find another attorney.

Micheal Montoya was a useless lawyer I sat in jail for 5 months on a bogus charge and he let me do it and all the while worried more about my wife who was apparently on drugs and drunk every time I spoke with her and he left me locked up when there was no evidence that I did anything
