I never got around to rating him previously but I found an email and it all came back to me. Unprofessional and says one thing and does another. Find another attorney.

Micheal Montoya was a useless lawyer I sat in jail for 5 months on a bogus charge and he let me do it and all the while worried more about my wife who was apparently on drugs and drunk every time I spoke with her and he left me locked up when there was no evidence that I did anything
I just wanted to let everyone know the gratitude my family has for his help. We needed his services and he came highly recommended and did not disappoint.
