I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Mishkin several weeks in advance and just 2 hours before the appointment I get a call from the office saying that he doesn't come into the office on Friday's. Also, the next available appointment with him is not for another 5 weeks. I'm not sure why there system schedules appointments on Fridays if he doesn't come into the office or why they wait until the last minute to cancel. Dr. Mike, as he likes to be called, was the on call Cardiologist at Bayfront St. Pete when I had a heart attack. He was very blunt and to the point while being compassionate and caring, we even shared a few laughs. Dr. Mike is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions while putting our minds at ease, which was not easy. We feel so blessed he was inadvertently chosen to be my cardiologist, I am keeping him as my doctor. He saved my life! Thank you Dr. Mike!
