Staff is very friendly and great with kids. Dr. Ward is knowledgeable and welcomes questions. Only complaint is how long it took for a well child appointment (almost 90 minutes). I would recommend reducing the number of appointments or hiring additional staff as that’s really long, particularly for a young child.
We love Dr. Ward! He has a very calm presence and listens to and answers all our questions. As a two mom family, he and his entire team treat us with kindness and respect.
He is an amazing doctor. He's always very patient and kind. He answers all my questions, and my son feels very safe with him. He's very professional, without a doubt the best pediatrician for my baby.
