Was very easy to talk to and the whole staff is friendly.
I was skeptical of conventional surgery due to postop residual effects. Dr. Michel ‘thoroughly’ explained my options & outcomes. So looking forward to my ‘fix’
Very caring doctor. Thorough in all aspects of diagnosis & treatment. Provides a detailed explanation of treatment plans available. With you every step of the way. Have been seeing a GI doctor for years with no positive results. Within 3 months of seeing Dr. Michel, my years of misery were finally resolved
Dr. Michel and his staff are excellent- courteous and professional. I did not feel rushed through my appointment, all of my questions were answered. Dr. Michel took the time to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the decision to have surgery and was available for additional questions/concerns I had after my office visit. The day of surgery I was quite nervous- Dr. Michel took the time pre-op to reassure me and ease my concerns. Highly recommend!
This man took a great deal if time to make me feel comfortable, answer all questions, offer options, and help me to understand what to expect post surgery but he was also clear that I needed to do my part in the entire process. He is friendly, approachable, empathetic.
Excellent surgeon. Great bedside manner. Explains all aspects of surgery and answers all questions.
