Saw Dr on January 7th for consultation for my spinal stenosis. He took his time with me and was very professional. He told me he would acquire my MRI pictures and get back with me for further treatment. Two weeks after the appointment I called to say he had never got back with me. The receptionist said she would give the message to his nurse. No return call! I called again, same response, no return call. I then took it upon myself to deliver my MRI pictures to his office. One visit so far, he was friendly and went over my mri images and explained the key issues and worked out a plan of action.
Very pleased with my visit. Did not have to wait long and staff was courteous and helpful. Dr. McIver was very attentive to the issue I was having and offered a plan for additional care. I will recommend him to others who are seeking pain relief.
