Michael is extremely knowledgeable and also very friendly and helpful. I had never sold a house before, but Michael helped guide me to through the process and my house was posted and sold within a month. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a home.

Mike did a great job as the listing agent for my Mom's home in Norwalk after she passed away. I live out of state so Mike had to handle/coordinate all repairs and prep for the home to be sold and did so to the extent that we received 8 offers and sold the home for significantly over asking price. Mike is very established in Norwalk and is a pillar in the community, he knows the market and is well thought of. Bringing Mike in as the Realtor, was one of the best moves my siblings and I made to take care of Mom's estate.

Michael did a great job! He had to deal with three siblings and handled it perfectly. He understood our situation and with the 3 of us living in different states, we kept him on his toes. Would highly recommend Michael.

Michael was very helpful while getting the house ready to sell. He was always there for advice and even helped by watering while I was not in town. Once it was ready the house sold very quickly. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent!
