Communication at the beginning of the process was great. Michael sat down and answered all of our questions for us during our first meeting. Through the process, if we ever had any questions, they were always very quick to respond.
This is our second experience using Michael Martin and Fairway for our mortgage needs. We had another 5 star experience from them. They are awesome to work with, their communication is excellent and easy to follow. Everyone in the office was a pleasure to work with including Nicole, Jodie and Christy. They are happy to answer any and all questions you may have and their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend!!
