Terrible experience. Was rude and arrogant. Did not explain procedure he was doing before or after surgery. Embarrassing but was assured by all hospital staff that he’s always like that. Was running late therefore had nurse and resident explain what was done in surgery. Being an advocate and health proxy for patient find this unacceptable.

Dr. Ziegelbaum diagnosed and surgically corrected a partial urine blockage. During our sessions, he showed that he is an excellent listener and responds clearly. If I don’t get a technical word, he explains. All the nurses and PA’s I met had the same attitude. For tests that can quite «exposing», I was treated with privacy and dignity. I say the same for the office personnel, polite and helpful. It’s the day after surgery and my life is returning to normal.

Great Care and excellent outcome of Green Light Surgery ! Thank you Dr Ziegelbaum !! ….Fabulous, simply wonderful expert care from a dedicated, thorough, and attentive DR. who even makes his calls after hours to insure his patients are doing well-what else can one ask?
Second visit, had to wait over an hour, as it was wall to wall people waiting. Two patients walked out. Front Desk Receptionist was very nice and respectful despite the people complaining. They must double book in this office! My first visit was shorter wait in the waiting room, but waited for doctor over 40 minutes in the exam room. Was told they had emergencies, told the same thing yesterday. He is a nice doctor, but can not spend a full morning there when I have to be at work.
Saw this doctor three times. Always seems tired and disinterested. Last night was the last straw. Left me in an exam room unattended for 50 min. while I listened to him chatting away with staff about fish tanks and fighting fish. when he finally came in he was confused about his own records pertaining to my previous visits with him. At one point I had to explain to him why he sent me for a Cat Scan. I'm done - there are too may good doctors out there for me to put up with this.
I have been to few urologist, and Dr. Ziegelbaum gave me the thorough exam of any of them. I had a middle of the day appointment and had no wait time. Office staff was friendly, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
Dr. Ziegelbaum is a fly by the seat of his pants kind of Doctor. He is quick to make decisions and recommendations. His office is on a whole other level. The women working in this office are absolutely hands down the worst at what they do. They should consider a career that requires less brain power and effort. You as the patient can go literally ANYWHERE ELSE to get better care.
