Unnecessarily invasive physicals and staff that seem annoyed by your very existence
If you see them for workman's comp claim, their loyalty is to workman's comp insurance not the patient. I came into the office with back issues barely able to walk and they refused to put me on walking Restrictions. i had to return to work, unable to walk. My employer sent me back to them.The same day they still refused to put me on walking restrictions. Made me go to the ER. Workman's comp doctors are the lowest of the low. Now I do have to be fair. Had a appointment at 12:45pm. Arrived at 12:35 and didn't leave until almost 1pm. A snail moves faster than they do
Professional and friendly . And this is coming from a very cranky man. I worked all through the night and was ready to go home. And my manager caught me last minute with the news that I was a DOT random. I live the opposite direction from Findlay so it took me about 3-4 more hours to actually get home today. After working a 12. ( I typically get off at 6 am, but they don't open until 8 am ) So I am very thankful for the professionalism that was displayed.
