At first I had Dr. Thomas Parr he was wonderful, very friendly, and make sure I understood everything. Once he retired I gor transfer to Dr Michael he was rude, condescending, and dismissive. My mother was on the phone she had a few questions and he keep roll his eyes, looking at me annoyed for each questions. I tired to tell him what going on and that I'm still struggling to walk because of my ankle for numbers of reason. He just told me "You're always going to have issues with it. I showed up for my first appt early. Got in a room, the staff was very nice. Then I waited, and waited...After an hour, I asked if I had been forgotten, then 15 minutes later I asked again. I heard the doctor holler from his office that he hadn't even looked at my X-rays yet. So I left. Since then, I've found a new surgeon, seen him twice, had one procedure done and having the other this week. All in a months time. Choose wisely because your time is as valuable as his.
