Dr. Madsen was great! He was attentive to my needs while being quick and to the point. While EmergeOrtho is not in my preferred providers, I pay extra for the care and service provided here. When you're hurt you need someone who is empathetic and looks out for your best interest... This is that place.
Dr. Madsen reviewed my MRI and was quick to diagnose my problem. He then proceeded to give me both surgical and non surgical options. Non surgical option would only delay the inevitable. I will be choosing the surgical option to finally fix my back.
