A few years ago I had a growth form underneath one of my fingernails after having accidentally damaged the nail. I am an ophthalmologist, and I have visited with Dr. Madden for both myself, friends, and family members, but also for patients I need to get in for care with hand and wrist problems. What I especially like is that he is personable, very skilled and competent, but that he cares. Terrible experience with carpal tunnel surgery on both hands.....still have bad numbness in both hands after 9 months. Also had a small finger fusion which Dr. Michael Madden told me before the surgery all my pain would be gone. I had the fusion 9 weeks ago......finger is still swollen and extremely painful. I heard Dr Madden is leaving this location on 12/31 so I have texted a minimum of 4 times to see if anything can be done for the finger pain......No replies at all!
