Holy rude staff Batman! the staff at this place needs to get some urgent sensitivity training STAT! We took our 5yo to this place when we first arrive to Jax thinking she had a UTA. We took the first place that took us. Immediately - dealing with the scheduling guy was a nightmare! Not only was he rude, he also had a very heavy accent and it was hard to understand him. We eventually got in and when we checked in, there was no question of what was wrong, only the concern of how will you pay? they
Both of my kids have been seeing him for about 9 years now. I love the staff and he always takes the time to spend with you for questions. Never feel rushed out of the office. Family friendly.
Dr. Soberano is an amazing pediatrician. He has been both of my children's doctor since they were born and I can't imagine anyone else taking care of my children the way he does. He takes his time examining my children and also takes his time explaining things to me. He genuinely cares about my children and gives them personalized care. I'm so grateful we found such a wonderful pediatrician.
Dr. Mike was both of my children's pediatrician for 8 years. They are now adults, he is now the doctor for my granddaughter. He takes the time to explain and listens on each of our visits. Its wonderful to have a doctor with such excellent bed side manners.
Great staff in a caring professional office.... Dr Soberano and staff are great.
