I was strung along for a year with 3 month apart appointments and spent over $600.00 with no diagnosis of my continuous headache; he kept going down the list of drugs for migraine, and my headaches didn’t even fit the symptoms for migraine. Very little contact with Dr Marvi. Always, it was nurse calling after he prescribed another drug, asking if it helped. And then billed Medicare for a 40 minute phone call saying it was Dr making call. Also, experienced some serious rudeness from the scheduler. Finally, nurse prescribed ano... read more

Dr. Marvi is very knowledge and professional. He is careful and listens intently to what is going on in a very finicky part of the body. Nerves, the brain and the management of pain and dizziness - he takes it all extremely serious. And offers a few gentle solutions at a time.

Dr. Marvi was nice enough. Fairly normal dr visit. Until I couldnt get in touch with anyone in the office for MONTHS. My prescriptions were getting refilled, but everytime I called and got the voicemail that promised a call within 24 hrs I heard nothing. NOTHING. I couldnt make it into the office. They finally answered and that was about a month ago, maybe 2. Theyve been throwing me through hoops. I was told I signed a consent form, then told that I hadn't. Now I have to go into the office to sign some things. Its August 201... read more

As my condition is complicated to diagnose, I am very appreciative of Dr Marvi's concern in helping me. After a lifetime of being very active, I now have difficulty in keeping my balance and walking. Dr. Marvi listens and remembers what I have said, recommends tests that have been revealing and he is generally is supportive in improving my life. It is important that I am not held in less regard because of my age. I want to participate in life as much as possible. He is helping me do that.

Dr. Marvi seems to be knowledgable in his field, however he lacks empathy and is somewhat robotic in his approach to patient care. My experience with him has been positive and negative.

Dr. Marvi is a great Neurologist! Very attentive with his patients, and an expert in his field. I like that he's conservative with treatment & doesn't want to go medicine or treatment crazy. I understand some people have "bad" experiences, but don't base your decision on reviews. They're not accurate. You need to meet him. You'll realize he's the best Neurologist you can have.

Doctor doesnt answer any questions, only knows general information about MS and its medication. Doctors office sucks. they never do the authorizations on time. They dont like helping you out if it will waste there time. I went without medication for 3 weeks because they didn't send my authorization and refused to call my pharmacy or insurance to speed things up.

After a long conversation and a determination that I did not have spasmodic dysphonia but a functional voice problem, he then instructed his nurse practitioner to put my diagnosis down as spasmodic dysphonia. When I asked him why he would do that, he said that he didn't know what else to call it. How about calling it a functional voice problem? I have called his office three times to speak to him and have not been called back.
