I came in for foot pain while running and he recommended insoles. When I mentioned that I had custom insoles made at a running store which weren't helping he took it as some personal offense and started defensively ranting "I'm not trying to sell you anything!" when I just wanted to understand why I was feeling pain despite already having custom insoles.
