The office workers and other professionals here deserve 5 stars. They were extremely organized and communicated well. They put patients first and were caring. I'm giving 2 stars because of Dr. Heckman's comments during our visit. He said that in his experience, women are not as forthcoming with information and withhold information. He repeated several times he thought women didn't communicate directly or share all the real info. He also said women don't know how to relax or trust. It's not in our DNA. Dr. Michael Heckman is the nicest and best Orthopedist I have ever met! He REALLY listens to your concerns and explains what is happening every step of the way. His bedside manner is THE BEST! His staff is EXCELLENT and so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and welcoming. I wouldn’t see anyone else! I highly recommend Dr. Michael Heckman!!!

Dr. Hecknan just did a complete knee replacement on my husband's knee and he did an amazing job. 3 weeks after that surgery I fell and broke my hummus in 2 places and my elbow he has done a wonderful job with that as well. 20 years ago Dr. Heckman did surgery on my son's knee (acl) who was headed for college ball my son had no.problems. Not only is Dr. Heckman an amazing surgeon he is the most respectful man that makes things easy for you to understand. I give Dr. Heckmam a 5.0 for sure.
