Hi Tennis Fans...talk about great customer service and customer appreciation after an error ! We all make mistakes and so did Michael Lynne's on a re-stringing and putting in a new grommet on my 10 year old's Babolat racquet. They told me to come back in about an hour or less and they'll get it corrected... Besides doing it correctly this time, they put on a new oversized grip and tossed in a few items in the bag! If you want to get back to playing this great game, or even try it for the first time - don't waste your time going to Dick's or a sports authority. (If you want to play better you probably could use a decent racket and honest advice) My family and I have been shopping here for over 15 years now and the level of service is simply above anything you'll get elsewhere.
