I started to see Michael about a month ago after feeling frustrated with the cancer care system. I called him to find out more about his experience with cancer because honestly I was skeptical. He spent half an hour of his time on the phone with me talking about TCM and acupuncture and the approach he takes. I was sold, not just the time he spent with me but because of his passion and confidence in his work. I went to my appointment and for the first time in a very long time, my nervous system relaxed. Dr. Luong is friendly, kind and relaxed. He is highly skilled and intuitive. He is a friend to all his patients and goes that extra mile giving home-accessible acupressure points and positive lifestyle suggestions etc. He is also very reasonably priced for his knowledge level, which I suspect is ... just because he's a nice guy!
I have visited a number of therapists in the past, but none has been as thorough as Michael. He asked many questions and provided substantial guidance. I noticed marked improvement after just one session.
Michael is a friendly and caring practitioner who genuinely seeks to understand his patients. He is also knowledgeable and truly passionate about what he does. I initially went to him for my whiplash and immediately felt comfortable in the soothing surroundings. He was very skilful and intuitive in finding the root causes of my issues and treated them holistically. He also offered some useful tips for self healing. I will continue seeing him and recommend him wholeheartedly!
