Dr Louie is excellent. He is very patient and guides you through each step of every process.Also, Sophie is really great!
I expressed concern over a “Abnormal” reading, Dr Louie said to “ignore” the readings associated with the “Abnormal” reference. What’s normal about “Abnormal”? It deserved at minimum a brief explanation, not a polite dismissal.

Dr Louie answered all my questions and discussed various treatment options. Great bedside manner - he was friendly and courteous.
This surgeon did surgery on my father in-law for a kidney stone. He found a mass in his bladder and he told my mother in-law he had bladder cancer, to follow up with a urologist and proceeded to leave the room. Zero bedside manner and completely inappropriate to tell a family member that news and then leave.

Dr Louie is a fantastic surgeon. He is highly skillful, caring and very understanding. We are very happy and grateful for his outstanding care with my father's urgent problem. Great Dr. Spends time to explain the procedure thoroughly and all questions are answered. His staff is great, and does a great job also. I would highly recommend Dr Louie.
Went to Corona Regional in septic shock, sepsis and uti and kidney stones. Dr. Louie was called in and removed one stone and put in a stent. Stent was removed a couple of weeks later in his office. I received great care from him.
