Excellent service, the entire staff was helpful and professional. He saw me on Monday and I had Surgery on Wednesday. His bedside manner was professional. He told me the truth which is what I needed to hear. The surgery was at Virginia Baptist Hospital - the staff was efficient and helpful. I never had to call for help as they were checking in on me. All in all it was a great experience for having a surgery. Thanks
During my consultation visit, I felt very rushed. It was apparent that my voice as a patient didn't matter and the concerns I mentioned were quickly dismissed. I hope I'm wrong but I got the sense that he wasn't fond of those who are obese. As far as the surgery, Dr. Lilly did an amazing job without a doubt and I would absolutely recommend him! I realize that none of us are perfect and hope this review will be helpful.

Dr Lilly is a very calm and quite docter.Is very educated .Takes time to talk to you.
Dr. Lilly recently performed a surgical procedure on me and he gets outstanding g grades from me. He is compassionate, he listens to your concerns, and he does a fine job overall. I will not hesitate to have Dr Lilly as my surgeon should any other issues crop up.
Would recommend to everyone. He's personable, kind, concerning, gentle and very good at what he does. I will be going back again.
He is without a question the most down to earth Doctor I have ever incounted but yet you can see he instills great confidence as he is extremely compedent Just a great Dr with a great medical staffer Beiana!
Fantastic Person & Outstanding surgeon I can't say enough about this man.
