Love the Doctor but the front staff is very unprofessional. The Spanish lady (I think her name is Xinia) in the front desk is rude and has 0 customer service skills. We'll be going somewhere else. Best of luck Doctor Mike.
I had made an appointment months ago for my daughter to get established as a patient. I received a text the day before our appointment saying "due to staffing shortages our appointment was canceled." I found this extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. A simple phone call would have been sufficient. We will be going somewhere else for her dental care (which we now have to wait several more months for). Very disappointing.
Let me tell you about this office don't even bother going there, book your appointment month's ahead and confirm and a day later they cancel you and tell you they are shutting down. They never answer their phone, since his wife has left the office Idk what happened but she was there alone working and seen all 4 of my kid's at the same time. Highly recommended you don't put your children through the real life nightmare my son is living in the moment. Prior to starting the procedure slapped on Nitric Oxide without consent prior to, only asking after the fact if that was okay with a child who has Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia without properly monitoring him and disregarding his already fragile respiratory system.
