Very difficult to get any one to answer the phone or return voice-mail messages. Very concerning for a doctor office which is supposed to have customer and patient care a high priority 🤔. It seems they are very under staffed!!!!
My experience with Dr. Michael Lee and his staff has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. There was a significant delay in processing my prescriptions, which left me without critical medication. To make matters worse, they submitted the wrong prescriptions—not once, but repeatedly—without ever following up to fix the issue. When I reached out, I was met with indifference and misleading reassurances that it had been addressed, when in fact, nothing had been done.
