I "was" a NEW client... I trusted this doctor to help me. Long story short, I found out the day (before) my SCHEDULED appointment, my Dr was a NO show, and my health insurance denied all services 😒. They had a month to resolve this! Va Oncology left me in the dark...... I realize everyone has their own set of life issues, family emergencies, daily problems, etc, that can pop up. VIRGINIA ONCOLOGY, and this Doctor had over a month to follow up with my insurance and reschedule me. IT'S UPSETTING AS A "NEW" CLIENT TO BE TREATE... read more
