I agree with several other of the reviews. Dr. Lee performed an endoscopy on me for chronic GERD that I've had since I was a teen. He did not listen to me and asked multiple times, "have you considered weight loss?" I had only VERY recently gained a little weight and other than that have always had a "healthy" BMI. If he'd read my chart or listened to me, he'd have known that. I have never felt so disrespected and disregarded by a medical professional. I can't believe he hasn't been talked to or disciplined for his behavior.
Arrogant and very rude. No listening skills. Interrupts constantly. Did not discuss results of my endoscopy with me.
Never again!
Dr. Lee was rude and arrogant. During my pre colonoscopy office visit, he lectured me for over a half hour about weight loss and even asked me how long I thought Jews in concentration camps went without food! He went on and on about nonsense. He had a horrible bedside manner.
I chose to have my last colonoscopy, performed by Dr Lee, without sedation. Dr Lee was not only reassuring, but extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. In particular he appropriately alerted me to the stages of the process where I was likely to experience greater discomfort in a manner that made the process much more tollerable.
