Mike was our agent when we were buying. He was knowledgeable and helpful, no complaints. We designated Mike as our agent at the community where purchased, though there was nothing for Mike to do but collect $14K commission. We felt obligated because of the time Mike spent with us, but we would have liked to designate another agent who would have given us a much larger rebate. The best home search experience! Mike is a great guy, me and my wife had always a great time when Mike was showing us properties. He is very knowledgable and the most important thing, he is honest.
