Made an appointment easily and quickly online. Was back home in an hour from when I left. Staff was efficient and organized. Dr Lauffenburger examined me, showed me my X-ray and said I did not need rotator cuff surgery which made me very happy. He also had repaired the meniscus on my knee two years ago which has completely healed as he told me it would. He has always taken the time necessary to explain things too me and answered my questions in plain English. I hope I never have to see him again professionally but I'm glad h... read more
Dr. Lauffenburger was very professional and explained everything in great detail including the risks of surgery. He answered all of my questions and he made me feel comfortable with my upcoming surgery. His staff was kind, and his office was clean.
Excellent orthopedic doctor who cares about his patients and their health. I would recommend him to anyone!
