This Doctor chooses greed over his patients. I’ve been going to him for a little over a year now, his nurse comes in checks your BP he then comes in and goes through your blood work results and that’s it he has never listened to my heart lungs or any type of physical. In September, 2024, just three months ago, I became a new patient at Millenium Physicians Group, Cape Coral, and I saw Mariel Cairo. I am on a daily dose of levothyroxine for hypothyroid and have been on this medication for many years. I had lab work done and there were no changes to warrant a change in dose and I was prescribed my medication. Needed an appointment with Dr. Elliot. Telephone is answered by a robot who transfers to a voice message. No one ever answers. I had to drive to the office to make the appointment. Needed info on my heart medication. Left a message that they answered 3 days later. Dr. Tanyous has me using a nebulizer but did not state how much medication. Same senario with the robot and message center. It is now 5 days and I am still waiting. Looking for new doctors as you have no one to answer the phone.

Dawn is a consummate professional. I have enjoyed our patient Dr relationship even though she is a NP. Her communication skills are excellent and more importantly I think she is patient centered in her recommendations. I find her to be holistic and makes attempts to accommodate the patient. Wish she could be my primary care physician! Millennium is fortunate to have her in their employment!

Terri, a nurse practitioner, provided me false information about my medications, didn’t pay attention to details, repeatedly displayed a bad attitude including going out of her way to reprimand me for not following her explicit instructions. She even went out of her way to get in my way when I needed her to provide INR (warfarin) clearance on a timely basis to a specialist of mine for an important procedure. I saw Dr. Alina Popa as a new patient looking to establish primary care services as I have been having some health issues that have been ongoing for some time now. Dr. Popa was absolutely horrible, no bedside manner, continually interrupting and belittling. I left feeling more discouraged and absolutely hopeless. As a medical professional myself, Dr. Popa’s patient care absolutely disgusts me. Avoid this practice at all costs!
