My Wife and I have been customers of Jim Habick State Farm Agency for 25 years now. Throughout this time, Jim and his staff offer superior service in dealing with our insurance needs where Nancy, Meghan and Maria are always eager to go above and beyond when questions may arise. As in the State Farm commercials, "Like a good neighbor, State farm is their" is so true when working with Jim and his staff. Thanks for all you do !.

On Friday, 6/27/25, at 10:33 am, I received a call from "Francis" offering a random unsolicited quote. When I answered, the person on the other end said, 'Hi Donna, this is Francis with State Farm'. My response was 'you greeted me by my first name as if you knew me...'. Without any other comment or remark, she hung up. This is not good business or solicitation at all, and definitely not professional. I sent this exact message to their website. Below is their limited reply: "I do understand, my apology!" I have been with Marie Buchholz State Farm for over 20 years and there is not another insurance company I would consider using. They offer the best prices on car insurance and home owners and the workers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have been with Derick Christopherson State farm for about 15 yrs. he has always given me real good rates with great coverage, of different levels. Life, auto 5 vehicles, home, Tractor & skid steer, umbrella, personal property and etc. Recently I purchased a waste oil heater for my garage. I recently discovered my home owners insurance had been terminated.  I was told that Gail Sarvis had retired and all the non State Farm policies had been transferred to other State Farm offices.  I was provided with the State Farm agent where my policy was transferred.  They had no record of me and did not deal with that Company.  But the policy had been transferred to another State Farm offices.  When I contacted that office, they had no record of me.  So I contacted the insurance company, who informed me that they had rece... read more
