Worse experience
Not very accommodating to those families with children with complex medical needs. My wife had to same day cancel 4 times due to my daughter being hospitalized in the ICU due to respiratory failure and Dr. La Corte's Office Manager was not only rude and unaccommodating but made personal attacks at my wife. Steer clear, take your business elsewhere
Dr. Lacorte is amazing. Our kids have been with him for iver 10 years. Great staff also. Our experience has always been excellent.
I can not say enough about this office. The staff is amazing and so friendly and helpful. The doctor is knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions. I recommend this office 100%!
on our last visit, the staff was rude, made us wait an hour, then claimed they were too busy to do a cleaning on my son. The dentists came in, looked at my son for 3 mins and handed me an estimate for $600 worth of work. I complained to the office manager about how we were treated at our visit and went to obtain a second opinion. My Autistic son had a dental emergency, and the staff was compassionate and helpful. I will bring my other children.
A very nice and pleasant office, Dr. La Corte is great does only necessary procedures and very informative with Parents. My son Paul loves to play the Play Station games while he is waiting that is a plus!!!LOL You wont be disapointed with the care and attention you get from the whole staff. Thank you r. Dr. LaCorte is wonderful. His staff is friendly and helpful. My children love to go to the dentist now. He spends time to explain and make my children comfortable. I recommend him to everyone!
I think Dr. LaCorte is a good pediatric dentist. He was great when he had his smaller office. The office staff used to be more friendly too before he expanded. He is a dentist who also does braces. He should stick with dentistry and give up braces. He doesn't have a partner on call who handles orthodontics if something goes wrong while he is unavailable. We ended up having to pay an orthodontist to take our child's braces off and lost a fourth of our insurance towards braces. Our orthodontist said braces should not have been... read more
