I waited a half hour before he came in the room. A biopsy was taken on a spot I found. Seven weeks went by with me calling for results. Horrible customer service. I am getting my files and finding someone doctor that cares.
I went to Dr Saruk on June 3 2025 had a biopsy preformed. No one called and I have called 5 times now asking what my results are. I have had melanoma so I am very concerned. Still no answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! July 17 how unprofessional and just wrong! I am switching practices. Will never go back.
I have been Dr. Saruk’s patient for close to thirty years; he has treated me successfully for many skin cancers and other skin conditions. He is a top-notch physician and a genuinely caring person. His staff is professional and pleasant. I highly recommend his practice.
Very nice, nice office staff. I had 2 basal cell carcinomas removed from my arm and upper back. No pain, no problems and hardly a scar at all. I was very impressed.
He is a wonderful caring Doctor. He cares about you as an individual.
