I was able to get this appointment by luck when I called to beg for a sooner appointment. There was a cancellation occurring at the moment I called. Otherwise, the wait time was unacceptable. Three months is too long. Also, the Costa Mesa location never bothered to call me back when I first called for the appointment. I ended up going to orange because you can't even to talk to Costa Mesa scheduler. Too much bureaucracy. Otherwise, dr and nurses were fantastic. Dr krychman is the best.
The new clinic area at the Costa Mesa office is very welcoming, and the staff are very friendly. Dr Krychman was well prepared and provided great information. Excellent service. Thank you.
Dr. Michael Krychmanis one of the best providers like had in my 66 years of care. I have multiple issues including rheumatoid arthritis, which makes my female issues quite complex. He needs more time to be available to patients, as it is very difficult, to get an appointment with him. This staff and Dr. K. Took care of me better than I could have imagined. Having been a 2 time cancer survivor, I was put at ease and my fear of more physical pain was respected and treated better than I could have expected. I have begun to heal already.
Dr. Krychman is amazing! An excellent physician with a terrific bedside manner. He has 'fixed' my issues when no one else could. I will follow him anywhere. The problem is his availability. I often cannot get an appointment for months! I wish he could be cloned!
The facility is beautiful. The nurses and other staff were very helpful. The doctor took the time to make certain I understood the pros and cons of the medication I was taking. The location and convince of parking are perfect.
